Therapeutics Pipeline

In addition to its strong capabilities in diagnostics and biologics development, IMGENEX India is actively advancing a pipeline of innovative antibody-based therapeutics targeting major unmet medical needs. The company's therapeutic research portfolio is focused on the development of novel recombinant antibodies, single-chain variable fragments (ScFvs), and bispecific nanobodies for the treatment of metabolic, inflammatory, and oncological diseases.

Current pipeline candidates include:

IMGENEX therapeutics pipeline chart showing IMGX-101, IMGX-102, and IMGX-103 in Discovery R&D stage
  • IMGX-101 – An Anti-PCSK9 ScFv being developed for the treatment of Hyperlipidemia, aimed at improving cholesterol management and reducing cardiovascular risk.

  • IMGX-102 – A VEGF-EGFR Bispecific Nanobody targeting Oral Cancer, designed to simultaneously inhibit multiple tumor growth pathways and enhance therapeutic efficacy.

  • IMGX-103 – An IL-17A Monoclonal Antibody under development for the treatment of Psoriasis, addressing chronic inflammatory and autoimmune disorders.

All three therapeutic candidates are currently in the Discovery (R&D) stage, where target validation, antibody engineering, lead optimization, and proof-of-concept studies are being undertaken. IMGENEX is leveraging its expertise in recombinant protein expression, antibody discovery, molecular engineering, and translational research to advance these programs toward preclinical development and future clinical evaluation.

Through its integrated approach to diagnostics and therapeutics, IMGENEX India is committed to developing next-generation healthcare solutions that enable early disease detection, personalized treatment strategies, and improved patient outcomes.
